I have thoroughly enjoyed reading your book. It is an absolutely easy to read and understand text of a wide selection of natural medicine topics. The website links are great to obtain further understanding of specific topics, while not being overloaded with useless information on topics of less concern to me.
Typically a text covering the variety of information such as yours, gets to complicated for the average reader and these hyperlinks give use the choice of going deeper when and if we choose, while your simple to understand written text make this compilation of valuable information a pleasure to read.
I have recommended Natural Medicine 101 to many of my friends with a interest in wellness and getting healthy.

What an amazing website.
I found your site through Dr Mercola’s article on Dr Berkson. I have Hashimoto and I cannot wait to start the LDN and alpha lipoic acid treatment. I am not sure how I can find somebody to help me but I am sure I willfind it... Since I came upon your blog too, I am spending my Saturday cruising through one article after the other. What does the exact health benefit of sauna bring to us? Not sauna bath, just a chamber hot stone sauna ?

Hi,
Saunas can warm you when you are cold and maybe help your body increase your temperature to help your body fight off infections. This is particulary significant if you are hypothyroid or otherwise have difficulty raising your temperature when needed.

I'm a retired doc who is interested in natural meds.
This book gives a good overview about a lot of subjects in natural meds.
